Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy

Some items in our store may be offered as a subscription, pre-order, or one-time purchase. This policy explains how you can change or cancel these types of purchases.

1. Regular (One-Time) Orders

All regular orders are final sale and cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded once they have been processed or shipped.

  • If you wish to request a cancellation, you must email [info@aurabyangelo.com] immediately after placing your order. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee cancellations once an order is in processing.

  • Unauthorized returns will be refused and will not be processed.

2. Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you’ll receive repeat deliveries based on the duration and frequency you select.

  • Your payment details will be stored securely and charged automatically for each delivery, unless you choose to pay in advance.

  • Some subscriptions may auto-renew. If you do not wish to renew, you must cancel before your next billing date to avoid being charged.

  • Canceling a subscription stops future renewals only; it does not refund charges for orders already processed or shipped.

  • You may cancel or change your subscription at any time before your next scheduled billing date by using the link in your order confirmation email or by contacting [info@aurabyangelo.com].

3. Pre-Orders

When you purchase a pre-order, you are reserving a product that is not yet in stock.

  • Payment may be collected in full or partially at checkout, with any remaining balance charged automatically when the item is ready to ship.

  • You may cancel a partially paid pre-order only if it has not yet been fulfilled or charged in full.

  • Once a pre-order has shipped or been charged in full, it is final sale and cannot be canceled.

  • Refunds for defective or damaged pre-order items will be handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Important Notes

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion (including suspected fraud or abuse).

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing or through your online account to be considered valid.
