Thank you for shopping with AURA BY ANGELO. By placing an order, you agree to the shipping terms outlined below.
PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Once fulfilled, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods, product launches, or sales. These timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
We ship throughout the U.S. using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Delivery typically takes 2–7 business days after your order has shipped, depending on location and shipping method selected at checkout.
Delivery timeframes shown at checkout are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays once a package is in transit.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We currently ship to select international destinations. Estimated shipping rates and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout.
All international orders may be subject to additional shipping fees, customs fees, import duties, and taxes, which are the sole responsibility of the buyer. These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and may be required upon delivery. We do not issue refunds for refused packages.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
AURA BY ANGELO is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied to your order. Any delays caused by customs are outside our control.
ORDER ISSUES, DELAYS & LOST PACKAGES
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, AURA BY ANGELO is not responsible for:

Lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages
If you encounter a delivery issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.
If your tracking states “delivered” but you have not received your package, check with neighbors or your local post office first. If it still cannot be located, you must notify us at [info@aurabyangelo.com] within 7 days of the marked delivery date. Claims submitted after this period will not be eligible for review.
ADDRESS ACCURACY
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing an order. We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for any re-shipping fees.
SHIPPING METHOD SUBSTITUTIONS
We reserve the right to substitute the shipping carrier or service level selected at checkout with an alternative carrier or service of equal or faster estimated transit time.
If the replacement service costs less than the original service paid for, we may, at our sole discretion, issue a refund for the difference in shipping cost — or choose not to issue a refund due to factors such as processing costs, handling fees, operational expenses, or other business considerations.
