At AURA BY ANGELO, all sales are final. Due to the personal nature of fragrance and beauty products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances, except as noted below.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Orders
If your order arrives damaged, contains the wrong item(s), or is defective, you must notify us within 7 calendar days of delivery by emailing [info@aurabyangelo.com] with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the product and packaging showing the issue

We will review your request and, at our sole discretion, may offer a replacement or store credit. We do not guarantee that every claim will result in a replacement or credit.

Important Notes:

  • “Damaged” means the product arrived broken, leaking, or otherwise unusable. Minor cosmetic imperfections in packaging do not qualify as damage.

  • We do not accept returns or issue refunds for reasons such as scent preference, personal dislike, or allergic reactions. We strongly encourage you to review product descriptions and ingredient lists before purchasing.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Unauthorized returns will be refused and will not be processed.

  • Orders cannot be canceled or modified once they have shipped.
